At 56, I know that fitness after 35 isn’t about chasing youth — it’s about investing in your future strength, mobility, and wellbeing. Whether you’re just getting back into exercise or want to push your limits safely, I’ll help you train intelligently, avoid injury, and build real-world confidence in and out of the gym.

You’ll learn how to train effectively, recover properly, and develop the confidence to stay consistent for life.

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor (Qualified)

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer (In Progress)

  • Specialist in strength training and injury recovery

My aim is simple: to help people achieve their fitness potential. That doesn’t mean chasing unrealistic ideals — it means building a version of yourself that you’re proud of, capable of, and comfortable living in.
